I am a purpose-driven, people-oriented, and results-focused Certified Change Agent, with credentials in Finance, Management Applications, and Green and Healthy Buildings. Based in Canada, I bring interdisciplinary experience driving transformational initiatives across finance and accounting, business development, sustainability, building performance, and organizational change.

My career is grounded in delivering meaningful impact, whether through guiding change management programs, ensuring financial and operational alignment with organizational objectives, or advancing low-carbon, high-performance building and sustainable strategies. I am focused on integrating sustainability, finance, systems thinking and futures-focused strategy to unlock growth, resilience, and long-term value to prepare organizations, communities, and cities for a regenerative future.

I am a Master of Future Cities (MFC) candidate at the University of Waterloo, where I leverage learning and collaborative projects to advance practical sustainability solutions.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, a critical enabler for climate action and business growth from Sheridan College, and a University Certificate in Management Applications from Athabasca University.

My professional designations and certifications include LEED AP BD+C, O+M, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador, Certified Change Agent and One Click Construction LCA Specialist, equipping me with the tools to deliver measurable impact in sustainability, change management, and the built environment.

ASSOCIATION OF ENERGY ENGINEERS, GTA

The Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) is an international organization dedicated to promoting the principles and practice of energy conservation and energy-efficient system design.

Board Member | YEL Committee Lead

I lead the YEL Committee, an internal division of AEEGTA dedicated to fostering innovation, critical thinking, energy and sustainability leadership among youth. The committee equips the next generation with the knowledge, tools, and strategic mindset needed to navigate and shape the future of energy conservation and management.

International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP)

The International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP) is the world’s leading network of sustainability professionals, working together to provide the community, training, and tools needed to meet goals and create sustainable change.

Programming Committee

Collaborated with sustainability professionals worldwide as a member of the programming committee to shape high-impact programming that empowers our global network of 70,000+ practitioners across 124 countries.
• Contributed to the design of the 2025 ISSP Content Calendar by brainstorming and proposing program topics and speakers.
• Partnered with ISSP staff and other volunteers to ensure programming aligns with organizational goals and advances ISSP’s mission.
• Participated in regular committee meetings to provide input, refine program ideas, and support execution.

Life Cycle Initiative (Hosted by UNEP)

The Life Cycle Initiative is a multi-stakeholder partnership, including institutional members from governments, businesses, science and civil society, and individual members from science and civil society.

Individual Member

Members share knowledge amongst worldwide experts, helping the Initiative to promote the development and application of life cycle approaches to inform sustainable decisions of governments and businesses to speed up the transition toward sustainable production and consumption.

I bring a multidisciplinary background spanning finance, operations, change management, strategic foresight, and sustainable construction practices. This equips me to deliver comprehensive solutions that integrate financial, operational, and environmental goals while driving meaningful organizational and community impact.

My professional experience includes leading transformational initiatives, managing resources effectively, and guiding teams through complex change — from adopting sustainable practices to implementing new technologies and operational improvements. I approach every project with a balance of technical expertise and human-centered leadership, ensuring both efficiency and engagement.

Complementing this, my ongoing studies in the Master of Future Cities program provide advanced knowledge in sustainable urban planning, systems thinking, foresight methodology, and whole-of-society climate solutions, enabling me to address challenges from local communities to global systems.
